Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HoReCa segment.
• Strong understanding of the HoReCa market dynamics
Experience: 5+ year of experience required in HoReCa Segment (preferably in Seasoning & Syrup products)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the HoReCa segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa segment.
- Promote products to increase visibility and penetration in the HoReCa market.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.
- Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
