Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the company’s D2C online business strategy.
- Oversee online platforms (website, marketplaces, apps) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance online sales.
- Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance metrics (sales, ROI, customer acquisition).
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Manage online promotions, pricing, and product listings.
- Ensure an excellent online customer experience and resolve escalations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to grow online sales.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and technology vendors.
- Prepare periodic reports and present performance updates to management.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA in Marketing/E-commerce preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in D2C or e-commerce management.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PHP, etc.) and digital advertising (Google, Meta Ads).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
