Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Explains products, services, and offers to prospective clients and address their queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information.
- Achieve assigned targets related to lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly call and lead reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience during all interactions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives through tele-calling.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
