Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution for D2C business across all digital platforms, including the company website.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through performance marketing, CRM, and engagement initiatives.
- Optimize user experience (UX/UI) and ensure smooth end-to-end website functionality and checkout processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service, and IT) to ensure seamless D2C operations.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analytics, A/B testing, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Lead the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales strategies.
- Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and inventory to meet business targets.
- Handle all technical enhancements and integrations (payment gateways, third-party tools, analytics dashboards, etc.) to improve efficiency and reach.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high service levels to enhance brand loyalty.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing D2C channels, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, eCommerce platforms, and customer behaviour.
Background in culinary arts will be considered an added advantage.
