Experience : 5–10 years of experience
No Of Position : Multiple (One for each zone)
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of tea products in the assigned zone to meet revenue and volume targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
- Implement sales promotions, trade schemes, and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct regular market visits for route coverage and performance tracking.
- Train and guide distributor sales staff for improved execution.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales (Tea or Beverage category preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
