Sales Officer / Area Sales Executive – Tea Division

Location : Delhi & All India Zones

Experience : 5–10 years of experience

No Of Position : Multiple (One for each zone)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales of tea products in the assigned zone to meet revenue and volume targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
  • Implement sales promotions, trade schemes, and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Conduct regular market visits for route coverage and performance tracking.
  • Train and guide distributor sales staff for improved execution.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
  • 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales (Tea or Beverage category preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
