Open the packet of Moong Bhajiya Mix and pour it in a bowl

Add 1 Measure water to 1 Measure Moong Bhajiya Mix. Mix it Well and rest it for 10 min.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is hot drop small rounds of the mixture in the oil. Fry it on medium-low heat till nicely browned
