Ingredients
- Pansari’s Chana Sattu Flour……………….……………….…….. 1cup
- Pansari Oil ……………….……………….………… 1/2 litre
- Cooking Process
Step 1
In a mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour/maida, 1/4 tsp carom seeds and 1/4 tsp salt and mix
Step 2
Now add oil and crumble them. Add water and knead a little tight dough and rest 20 mins
Step 3
Meanwhile to prepare the Sattu stuffing, Heat oil in a pan, Add 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, Asafoetida 1/4 tsp and Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp, saute it
Step 4
Add 1 medium onion, 1 green chilli and mix
Step 5
Now add 1 cup Pansari’s Chana Sattu Flour along with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt and mix
Step 6
Add little water and mix.
Step 7
Add 1/2 lemon, coriander leaves and let it cool.
Step 8
Put the Sattu stuffing at the centre, seal the edges and fry on low to medium flame until golden.
